Staff will check availability, explain the quote and requirements, and tell you what is needed to confirm your rental. A phone conversation or email alone should not be treated as confirmation unless staff explicitly confirms the reservation.

Ask the pickup office to confirm the minimum age for your rental and whether any age-related charges or restrictions apply. Give the age of every proposed driver before accepting a quote. A current minimum age has not been published here, so do not rely on a general rental-industry age rule.

Ask the pickup office what coverage and proof are required. Separately, ask your insurer or card benefit provider whether your specific rental, driver, vehicle, and rental duration are covered, including exclusions and deductibles. Do not assume that having a personal auto policy or paying with a credit card automatically covers the rental.

Confirm whether your rental requires a deposit or card authorization, the amount, the accepted card type, and when funds need to be available. Ask staff to distinguish the rental charge from any refundable deposit or temporary hold. Also ask what may be deducted and how release or refund timing is handled.

Share your airport, arrival date and local time, and ask where pickup takes place, how you should get there, and whether transport or delivery is offered and charged separately.
