Additional drivers can be added at the time of rental or during the rental period, with all drivers needing to meet age and licensing requirements. Please call us if you are having any issues.

 

You can pay for another person’s rental, but the driver must meet all rental requirements at the time of pickup and sign the rental agreement.

Roadside assistance is available and can be included for an additional fee. If you’re having vehicle problems, please get in touch with us right away.

Vehicles must remain within Arizona as specified in the rental agreement. Cross-border restrictions apply, and fees can be incurred if the borders are crossed.

Late returns may incur fees, typically a prorated charge for additional hours and or days.

Pets are allowed but must be kept in carriers. A cleaning fee may apply if additional cleaning is needed.

Vehicles are picked up and dropped off at our rental location, 2516 E University Dr #155, Phoenix, AZ 85034. After-hours returns may be available; please get in touch with us for details.

We require drivers to carry their own insurance. For additional insurance options include collision damage waiver, personal accident insurance, and supplemental liability insurance.

While our primary location is in Phoenix, we can assist with booking international rentals when traveling through Arizona.

Our fleet includes economy cars, sedans, SUVs, and vans. We frequently update our inventory. Please get in touch with us directly for any specific brands or models required.

Any damage not present at the start of the rental must be reported. The renter may be responsible for repair costs unless covered by insurance.

150 Miles Per Day is Complimentary. There is an Overlimit charge of $0.50 Per Mile over 150 miles per day. We require vehicles to stay within Arizona.

A valid driver’s license and insurance. International visitors must present a passport and an international driving permit.

The minimum age is 21 years old. Renters under 25 may incur a young driver surcharge. Please call us at (602) 595-3221 for details and questions.

A debit card can be used, but additional identification and a credit check may be required. Cash is also accepted with approval.

Payment options typically include major credit cards, debit cards, and, in some cases, cash with pre-approval.
